Chris Loving-Campos

Chris enjoys holding space for all yogis. His classes can be challenging but he reminds us that we’ve faced far greater challenges off the mat and that everything is temporary. You’ll find creative sequencing and playfulness guided by strong breath and beats in his classes.

Chris began practicing yoga in 2006. He was in a vinyasa class at 24/hr fitness and remembers his first time in downward dog when the teacher said this is a resting pose. Arms shaking and breath wavering this was by far a better workout than the typical gym thing. In 2017, Chris decide to take YTT, not to teach, but to learn more about this practice that had been so beneficial in his life. He started teaching right after completing his 200hr training.

Chris loves holding space for all his peers. We all go through things whether we voice them or not but having a safe place to move through life's twists and turns is what compels Chris to guide classes. He likes to throw down a challenging class with inversions and arm balances and encourages playfulness and exploration. If you want to take savasana for an hour, you are welcome to do so in his classes.
