Conscious breathwork is an invitation to learn and observe the relationship between expansion and contraction—two fundamental forces that govern the flow of life. In our Breathe + FLOW yoga classes, we explore a spectrum of active and passive breathwork practices linked with movement, stretching, intention-setting, and meditation. Through breathwork, we create a link between the body, heart, and mind—and this connection becomes our anchor to the present moment—on our mats and beyond.
