You will have an opportunity to create an intentional cold water immersion practice with one of our educated and qualified Guides, or choose to enjoy the space on your own. If you have any goals related to health protocols within an ice bath experience, choosing a guided journey is our recommendation.
We offer a state of the art Morozko Pro Ice Bath (sub 40 degree temps) and Sunlighten mPulse full spectrum infrared sauna. Throughout your 45-minute semi-private appointment, you will be able to utilize these ancient healing modalities of contrast therapy in any way you desire.

If one of these modalities doesn't feel right for you, know that you can opt out of them at any time. Intentional cold exposure and infrared sauna contrast therapy is NOT right for every body, all the time.

Contraindications for both the ice bath and infrared sauna include:
- experiencing a fever
- alcohol in your system
- pregnancy
- heart conditions and heart disease
- outfitted with a pacemaker
- blood pressure irregularities
- history of aneurysms
- history of blood clotting
- history of fainting
- history of syncope
- history of seizures
- folks who are taking some prescription medications

WHAT TO BRING:
- Bathing suit (all humans will wear a bathing suit in the Ice + GLOW adaptive healing room; no sports bras, no underwear, no activewear of any kind will be allowed)
- Reusable water bottle
- Slippers or sandals (if desired)
- Journal + pen (if desired)

This appointment is for you and you only. If you are desiring to enjoy contrast therapy with a friend or loved one, you will both need to book adjacent appointments, with each individual registered under their own name and digital waiver signed in advance. Our Ice + GLOW space is sacred, and intended for intentional healing. We will not tolerate any distractions, fragrances, interruptions, loud music, nudity, alcohol, drugs, or any other type of destructive behavior that would disrespect and/or damage our property and experience for others.
